Projects We’re Proud Of
Over the past 35+ years, we’ve had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects across Atlantic Canada. We invite you to explore the challenges we’ve overcome, the successes we’ve achieved, and the stories of our happy clients.
Masstown Market, one of Nova Scotia’s best-known fruit and vegetable markets, faced a critical challenge during their latest expansion. They needed to significantly grow their grocery store's footprint without disrupting daily operations or inconveniencing their loyal customers.

Bligh Mechanical, a growing truck and transport repair business in Cambridge, Nova Scotia, had outgrown its scattered facilities, causing inefficiencies and limiting growth. After securing land, they sought a steel building provider to deliver a durable, cost-effective facility tailored to their needs. Rather than opting for lower-cost, lower-quality alternatives, they needed a trusted partner committed to craftsmanship, reliability, and long-term support.

Bretoba Contracting, a young yet rapidly growing company, needed a reliable partner to construct a new warehouse to centralize their scattered storage locations. The goal was to improve operational efficiency without compromising on quality, even with budget constraints.

Kohltech Windows and Systems, a leading manufacturer of window and door systems in Canada, faced a series of critical infrastructure challenges over the years, from structural weaknesses to aging facilities. The company required a trusted construction partner to provide durable, high-quality solutions that could withstand extreme weather conditions while allowing uninterrupted operations. They needed a team that prioritized craftsmanship, flexibility, and long-term support—qualities that not all contractors could deliver.

Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd., a leading general contractor, was tasked with delivering the Halifax Organics Facility, a state-of-the-art 190,000 square foot organics waste processing center for HRM. The facility needed to replace aging infrastructure and increase processing capacity to 60,000 tonnes annually.

Van Meekeren Farms Ltd., a leading apple grower, storage, and marketing company in the Annapolis Valley, needed to expand its controlled atmosphere storage capacity to accommodate growing apple production in the region. Traditional cold storage options could only preserve apples for up to three months, while Van Meekeren Farms required year-round storage to maintain product quality and manage long-term sales.
